Senior Seven Meeting
The Senior Seven Meeting brings together the District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, Public Relations Manager, Administration Manager, Finance Manager, and Immediate Past District Director to collaborate on the strategic leadership and operational management of the District.
These meetings focus on:
- Monitoring progress toward the District Success Plan and Distinguished District goals
- Reviewing District finances, operations, and key performance indicators
- Coordinating District events, training, marketing, and communications
- Identifying risks, opportunities, and priorities affecting clubs and members
- Aligning District initiatives and ensuring effective collaboration across leadership teams
The Senior Seven serves as the District’s strategic leadership team, working together to ensure the District fulfills the Toastmasters mission while providing exceptional support to clubs and members.
