Why Would I Serve as a Club Coach?

• The experience allows all to develop team-building skills
• Expand leadership experiences
• Increase facilitation and coaching proficiencies and develop diplomacy skills for yourself and club members as well.
• Coaches receive credit toward the Distinguished Toastmaster award (DTM) if the club achieves Distinguished or better status in the DCP.
