Dear Toastmasters Club President and Club Secretary,

Your club has important votes to cast during the 2024 Annual Business Meeting.

As stated in the Bylaws of Toastmasters International, Article X, Section 1, a Toastmasters Member Club in good standing is entitled to two (2) votes at the Annual Business Meeting.

There are three steps to casting votes at the Annual Business Meeting. It is your role to ensure the completion of Step 1 by August 9 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daytime Time (UTC – 7).

The club meets to discuss international candidates and to choose a proxy holder. Please review the leadership roles to learn and understand the roles, attributes, and responsibilities of International Officers and Directors.

Your club’s proxy holder must be able to attend the Annual Business Meeting, either online or onsite, on August 16, at 7 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (UTC – 7). Club President or Secretary designates the proxy holder through the Toastmasters International website. A proxy holder must be designated, even if the Club President or Secretary assigns the proxy to themself. Only one person may carry the votes for your club.
