Curtis Scroggins, DTM, has been a dedicated Toastmaster since 2004, proudly representing Region 4 and District 8 while supporting Districts 8, 19, 30, 35, 54, and 103. His leadership journey spans more than a decade of service, including roles as Region 4 Advisor for 2024–2026, District Director, Immediate Past District Director, Program Quality Director, and Club Growth Director. Throughout these terms, Curtis earned distinguished recognition, including the Excellence in Education and Training Award and the Excellence in Marketing Award, reflecting his commitment to developing leaders and strengthening the Toastmasters experience. Curtis believes the foundation of effective leadership lies in availability, empathy, active listening, and a genuine willingness to help. He focuses on guiding leaders toward their own solutions, building their confidence, and ensuring they always feel supported. Known for his organization, institutional knowledge, and collaborative spirit, Curtis brings a learner’s mindset and a deep desire to see others succeed—valuing team achievement above individual credit.
