Contest Training for Area & Division Directors
This training is designed to equip Division and Area Directors with the knowledge, to lead successful Toastmasters speech contests with confidence! This interactive, in-person training is designed specifically for Area and Division Directors responsible for planning and conducting Area and Division speech contests. Participants will learn contest planning best practices, clarify roles and responsibilities, and gain practical tips for managing contest logistics, volunteers, judges, and contestants. Through hands-on discussions you’ll leave with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to conduct fair, professional, and well-organized contests that showcase the very best of Toastmasters.
