Your journey as a Toastmaster doesn’t end at the club level—it’s where your influence begins. District 56 presents Executive Leadership Development Workshops, a 3-session series designed for leaders ready to explore the “Bigger Picture” of service and leadership development.

This series is crafted specifically for Club Presidents and Vice Presidents Education to help you map your future leadership path and understand how your skills can impact the broader District community.

What You Will Gain:

• The Map of Service: A clear guide on how your current role fits into the Toastmasters structure.
• Advanced Leadership Development: Tools to transition from club-level management to strategic District leadership.
• The Bigger Picture: A roadmap for your personal and professional growth through District service.

Workshop Schedule:  Choose to attend one, two, or all three of the sessions. The agenda for each may be the same, but the interaction and questions from the group will add value each session. To provide the most relevant experience, we have tailored our sessions based on club tenure, with the first and third sessions tailored for Presidents and VPEs of new club charters and the second session for Presidents and VPEs of existing clubs.
