📍 Location: 67-acre Retreat & Event Hall, Bellville, Texas, nestled by a serene 8-acre private lake.
📅 Date & Time: Saturday, February 22, 2025, 9 AM – Sunday, February 23, 2025, 9 AM.
🌟 Come and go as you please! Overnight stays are optional—you can join for the day only if you prefer.

✨ Overnight accommodations for up to 80 attendees in cozy cabins (details below).

🌟 Outdoor Adventures: Scavenger hunt, field day, volleyball, tug-of-war, relay races, basketball games, egg-and-spoon races, three-legged races.
🌟 Firepit Fun: Make s’mores and enjoy storytelling under the stars.
🌟 Classic Games: Bingo, “The Human Knot,” and more!
🏆 Running Scoreboard: Winners of each game will earn points, with prizes awarded to the top teams at the end of the retreat.
