📍 Location: 67-acre Retreat & Event Hall, Bellville, Texas, nestled by a serene 8-acre private lake.
📅 Date & Time: Saturday, February 22, 2025, 9 AM – Sunday, February 23, 2025, 9 AM.
🌟 Come and go as you please! Overnight stays are optional—you can join for the day, overnight in one of the cabins, or join the set-up committee on Friday and stay the weekend!

🌟 Cabin Competitions: Each cabin will receive a surprise team-building kit and compete with voting on Saturday evening.
🌟 Cabin Spirit: Create a cabin name, join in at the art table, and sport your special decorated team t-shirt!
🌟 Outdoor Adventures: Scavenger hunt, field day, volleyball, tug-of-war, relay races, basketball games, egg-and-spoon races, three-legged races. NOTE: The retreat has basketballs, volleyballs, and soccer balls,
🌟 Firepit Fun: Make s’mores and enjoy storytelling, guitar playing, and singing under the stars.
🌟 Classic Games: Bingo, “The Human Knot,” and more!

🏆 Running Scoreboard: Winners of each game will earn points, with prizes awarded to the top teams at the end of the retreat.

Sometimes, it’s one thought or one idea, one story that fans the spark inside of someone into a roaring flame. Mike will lead us on a reflective journey, to find the one step we are to take in 2025 that may change someone’s life. Maybe it will be in our audience, our club, our District. Maybe it will be in our home…
