Robert Bailey joined CITGO Voice as a Charter member in January 2013. Robert is a member of 2 clubs and has visited/joined several clubs over the years. He has served in many District Level roles: Area N Director 2016/2017;Division R Director 2017/2018 -named Division Director of the Year. Served as District Council Coordinator, Conference Co-Chair, Asst. Div. Director and most recently Administration Manager for D56. Robert has received several TM awards for leadership such as: Bert Mann Spirit of Success, Lone Star Mentoring, and David Abel Standard of Excellence.
