Joni-Renee’ Laidlaw has been a Toastmaster since 2019. She believes in the philosophies “work smarter not harder” and the “learn-by-doing” Toastmasters embodies.

A digital nomad, she has taken advantage of the “new normal” to network and learn from Toastmasters around the world and has become a go-to for hybrid and Zoom meeting queries.

Her Distinguished Toastmasters project, “Logical Logistics Tech 4 TM” provided a practical guide to the digital landscape.

She is currently working on her second DTM introducing the use of Artificial Intelligence to enhance the Toastmasters journey using Yoodli.

Her passion for the digital space has led her to submit a New Path suggestion to Toastmasters International which incorporates Online Logistics and provides a blueprint of her journey to becoming a Distinguished Toastmaster.
