Gail E. Lover, DTM PDDG, has been a Toastmaster for 25 years. She serves in two Districts, 5 and 56. Currently, Gail serves as District 56 Parliamentarian and President of a President’s Distinguished Toastmaster Club, the Great Communicators of San Diego, her home Club. She is a Professional Registered Parliamentarian and Genealogy Researcher, a retired public and private educator, and a retired jeweler and gemologist jeweler.
