The appointment is a minimum of 6 months and lasts through June 30 of the current program year if the club accomplishes at least Distinguished Status by reaching at least 5 of the 10 Distinguished Club Program goals as well as obtaining the required number of active members. In the event, the assignment ends before Jun 30 (club coach is inactive, club coach relocates, etc.) the Club President or the Club Coach must notify WHQ ([email protected]) and the district Club Growth Director ([email protected]) at once of the assignment termination.
