Tia Townsend joined Toastmasters in 2024 following a career promotion and quickly discovered a passion for personal growth and leadership development. Since then, she has embraced continuous learning and challenges with confidence, believing that growth happens just outside our comfort zones. In recognition of her dedication and service, she received District 56’s VPPR of the Year (2024–2025) award. Tia is a proud member of Post Oak Toastmasters and is currently serving as club President, encouraging others to discover their voices and achieve their goals. Her journey is a reminder that saying yes to the unknown can open doors to opportunities beyond the imaginable.
