DESCRIPTION OF COURSE: This course will describe the benefits of Teambuilding.

WHAT WILL ATTENDEES LEARN:  Whether you are in the office or in a volunteer organization, most of us can relate to being on a team. Creating a culture of working together instead of separately has a major impact on the team. Creating this culture requires Teambuilding. This course will describe the benefits of Teambuilding, we will discuss your team experiences, and we will share activities that can be used with your teams.

ABOUT Roxanne Warthen, ACG, ALB:  Roxanne is an experienced Toastmaster, being involved with different clubs since 2007. In her tenure with Toastmasters she has completed Advanced Communicator Gold & Advanced Leader Bronze. Currently she is a member of NOV InNOVators, the President of Heights Toastmasters, is the Area Director for O11, and is on the District 56 Training Team. She initially joined Toastmasters to practice slowing down her speech. Over the years Toastmasters has evolved with her to challenge her in different skills. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business with a minor in Spanish, & a master’s degree in Management.
