DESCRIPTION OF COURSE: This course is a four-part Hands-On walkthrough of the Pathways Curriculum Level 1-5 Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and Basecamp Overview. Attendees can join at their interested level.

WHAT WILL ATTENDEES LEARN: You will confidently be able to manage the Pathways modules and navigate Basecamp resources to achieve your unique learning goals.

LEVEL: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced (Join at your interest level)

PREREQUISITE: Must have set up access to Toastmasters.org with own username and password created.

Learning Objective 1: Pathways overview from picking a path to pathways resources
Learning Objective 2: Understand how best to proceed through Level 1 and Level 2 and how these fundamental levels prepare you to make the most of what you want to learn, practice, and get feedback on.
Learning Objective 3: Learn about the various user-specific Projects, Basecamp resources, and goal recognition.

Sharla OzenABOUT SHARLA OZEN, DTM: Sharla loves her Toastmasters experience and would like to share what Toastmasters has given to her, with other members: Support, Leadership Guidance, Growth Opportunities, and the Privilege to Serve our Members with Excellence.  Sharla joined Toastmasters in 2016 and still learns something new every time she attends a club meeting or district event. She is Motivational Strategies and Persuasive Influence Pathways Proficient, and moving forward toward her 2nd DTM.  Sharla is an IT Professional, Global Learning Trainer, and Facilitator with 20+ years of experience. She is the District 56 Division M Director and has served as TLI Trainer, Area Director, Club Sponsor, Club Mentor, Club Coach, Club President, VPE, VPM, and Treasurer.
