DESCRIPCIÓN DEL CURSO: It’s no secret that evaluations are important to Toastmasters Clubs, but mastering the evaluator role can be daunting. Grow as a speaker, leader, listener, and influencer by learning to provide Effective Evaluations.

QUÉ APRENDERÁN LOS ASISTENTES:  Attendees will learn to hone listening skills, take effective notes, and deliver evaluations that encourage growth.

ABOUT Alison Nissen, IP5:  Alison Nissen is currently working toward her Distinguished Toastmaster Award with her High Performance Leadership Project “Effective Evaluations—Secret to Success” and accompanying workbook.  She joined a Florida Toastmasters club in 2017 and is currently a member of both Talking Bull Toastmasters and Speak Up Houston where she serves as club president. She is also the Q52 Area Director for District 56, a Triple Crown recipient, and a Competent Communicator and Competent Leader. When not focused on Toastmasters, Alison is the co-founder and president of Revel Coach, the author of the 2016 RPLA Unpublished Memoir of the Year and is the Streaming Media Chair and Board Member of the Florida Writers Association.
