Innovation is crucial to the continuing success of any division. District 56 Division P created a new idea to bring together the clubs, in one day, in one Zoom room. Each club in the division was invited to participate in the inaugural Division P Progressive Open House. We invited three guest speakers, and three District 56 Leaders to speak. We had a digital spin master who spun a fun digital wheel every 14 minutes to give away a door prize. We invited guests. Seventy-seven people registered. Thirteen clubs shared their “why join our club” every fifteen minutes. While we gained members and earned educational DCP goals, it was greater than that.
